    Questions about merge pdf

How is the order of documents determined when merging?

Pages are arranged following the order of the files in the list. You can also arrange the order visually in the preview before merging.

Do the combined results definitely meet the portal requirements?

Not automatic. Document size, sequence, and type requirements vary by portal and period. Check the official instructions, yield sizes, as well as all pages before uploading.

Are my PDFs sent to the server to be merged?

The merge operation runs in the browser on your device. The site sends the pages and code necessary to run the tool, but the source files are not sent to the Lembar PDF processing server.

    Guide to merge pdf

    When is merge PDF useful?

Use merge when multiple files need to be sent or saved as one document, for example a form with attachments, a report with supporting evidence, or a scan of several sections. Decide on a structure that makes sense before you start: splash page, main document, then attachments. A clear sequence helps recipients navigate content without modifying separate source files.

This feature unifies the page, rather than summarizing or optimizing images. If the PDF contains large scanned copies, the combined file can be as large as the sum of the source sizes, or slightly different due to the way the objects are rewritten. If your primary goal is to meet upload limits, check the actual limits and consider compression tools separately.

Check the arrangement and combined results

Add the files you want together, then use preview to change the order of the pages before making a copy. Make sure all the required documents are there and no files have been added twice. A mix of vertical and horizontal pages can still look different; Check the orientation and size of the paper at the attachment change point.

After downloading, open the new PDF and check the first page, last page, as well as the few pages in the middle. Make sure small text, links, form fields, page numbers, and important attachments are still as needed. PDF editing may affect bookmarks or digital signatures; do not rely on old signatures as proof of validity for merged files.

    Additional limits and checks

The combined PDF has one continuous page sequence, but the source document remains unchanged. Before sending results, make sure the new file name is easy to distinguish, the final size fits the recipient's limits, and no private pages have been added. If the document is to be printed, check the paper size and orientation of each attachment first.

For information on file processing, see privacy policy. Limits on the tool's workspace apply if they are stricter than the general limits.
