1. Using tools
You can use features in the ready status for legitimate needs and according to the instructions on the tool page. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process the selected documents and that the use of the results meets your objectives.
2. Files and results
Currently available tools process files in the browser, but results may vary depending on PDF structure, image content, fonts, forms, file size, memory, and device capabilities. Unless a tool states otherwise, source files are not sent to the processing server. The downloaded file is a new copy; check results before replacing or sharing them.
Special visual compression, PDF pages are rendered into images. The resulting text may no longer be searchable or copyable, and the final size may not always be smaller or reach certain upload limits. The tools page displays known limits and impacts.
3. Official documents and information are changing
Lembar PDF is not part of SSCASN/BKN, LPDP, ministries, campuses, or other upload portals. Format, file size, and document requirements may change according to agency, program, period, and document type. Check official announcements and forms before sending compression results.
4. Availability and changes
Tools are provided free of charge while available. We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features for quality, security, compatibility, or maintenance reasons. The catalog may indicate planned features that are not yet available; This plan does not mean the feature can already be used.
5. Unauthorized use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, destructively circumvent technical limits, or use the services to violate the rights of others or applicable laws. Don't think of watermarks as encryption, verified digital signatures, permanent redaction, or copy protection.
6. Responsibility for checking results
Check the number of pages, readability, orientation, links, forms, signatures, metadata and result size according to your needs. For important documents, keep original copies and use appropriate PDF applications to verify results. Do not use results without checking if errors could have important consequences.
