Guide to page duplication
Select pages and number of copies
Page duplication is useful for blank forms that need to be printed repeatedly, approval sheets, or template pages that need to appear more than once. Select one or more page numbers and specify the number of copies for each page, up to ten copies. You can place the copy after the original page or collect it at the end of the document.
Select a page from the preview or enter a page number. Make sure the correct page is selected, especially if there are similar-looking sheets. Duplicating pages can increase the file size and page count significantly; check document limits before processing long files.
Check the order and content of the copy
Open the resulting PDF and review the location of the duplicated pages. If the copy is placed after the original page, several additional pages will appear close together; if placed at the end, all source pages remain first. Make sure there is no excess copying and that duplicate forms need to contain the same values or annotations.
Duplicating a page does not automatically create a blank copy of the form. If the source page contains signatures, numbers, or personal data, the copy will carry those pages as well. Consider deleting data that should not be shared before making a copy. The original file is not overwritten, and the digital signature may not remain valid after changes.
Additional limits and checks
The number of copies is determined per page you select. Duplicating some pages with a high copy count will lengthen the PDF; check upload capacity and final amount. For forms that contain personal data, delete or empty the data in the source first if the new copy should be empty.
