Guide to add blank page
Select the position and size of the blank page
Blank pages can provide space for notes, section breaks, or back pages when the document is printed. Specify whether pages are added at the beginning, at the end, or after a specific number. You can add 1 to 20 blank pages at a time and choose a size that follows the reference page, A4, F4/Folio, or Letter.
Adding pages does not change the contents of other pages and is not a way to edit text. If the document has mixed sizes, the follow document option takes the size of the available reference page; check the results so that the size and orientation match. For double-sided printing, check front-back layout and odd/even page requirements as the tool does not guess binding rules.
Check the position of the insert after processing
Open a new PDF and make sure the blank page appears in the right position, especially if you insert it after a certain page. Also check the final number of pages and the order of content after the insert. A single number error can shift the entire attachment, so check the preview and recipient instructions before printing or sending.
Sources remain stored separately. Save the working copy with an easily distinguishable name so that additional pages are not considered part of the original document. Changes to PDF structure may affect bookmarks, internal numbers, or digital signatures; Double check these elements in important documents.
Additional limits and checks
Blank page options up to 20 sheets per process. Note that inserted pages change the position of subsequent pages and may result in numbers already printed not matching. Manually update the table of contents or page references as needed, then review the results in the print view before sharing them.
For information on file processing, see privacy policy. Limits on the tool's workspace apply if they are stricter than the general limits.
